At Kanguru, we stand behind the security and quality of our FIPS-certified hardware and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unopened condition. Due to the sensitive nature of encrypted storage, any device that has been initialized or has a broken security seal may be subject to a restocking fee or restricted return eligibility.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; returns without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the package will not be accepted.

  Prepare Your Device

  Ensure the encrypted USB drive is placed in its original packaging with all included documentation, certificates, and accessories to maintain full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Secure Shipping

  Ship the package using a trackable carrier to our authorized returns center, ensuring the RMA number is visible on the exterior of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for physical integrity and security seal status before processing your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
